Finance Controller – Startup Portfolio (Hybrid, Ramat Gan)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing CFO‑as‑a‑Service firm seeking a Finance Controller to manage a portfolio of early‑stage startup clients. This is an ideal first‑controller position for a CPA with Big Four technology experience who wants to expand beyond traditional accounting into a client‑facing finance career.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day financial activities and reporting for multiple startup clients.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain regular communication with founders and key stakeholders.
• Leverage advanced digital and AI tools to streamline financial processes.

Required profile

• CPA qualification.
• Internship or professional experience at a Big Four firm within a technology or high‑tech practice.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, comfortable working directly with clients.
• Detail‑oriented, hands‑on, and able to manage multiple clients and priorities.
• Curiosity for modern digital and AI finance solutions.
