Field Service Engineer – EMEA

About the role

Join Atlantium Technologies as a Field Service Engineer supporting the EMEA region. You will work directly with customers to commission, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced UV water‑treatment systems worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Commission, maintain, and troubleshoot HOD UV™ systems on‑site and remotely.
• Provide technical support for electrical, mechanical, and control issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades.
• Train customers and collaborate closely with Engineering and Sales teams.

Required profile

• Practical Engineer or Engineer in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with industrial equipment and control‑related troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of industrial communication networks such as Modbus and RS‑485.
• Customer‑oriented, independent, with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and a valid driving licence.
• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 25% of the time).
