Field Sales Representative

About the role

The Field Sales Representative will drive growth in a defined territory by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic relationships, and delivering Arrow’s full portfolio of electronic solutions. You will act as the primary technical liaison for customers, ensuring their supply‑chain needs are met while promoting value‑added services.

Key responsibilities

• Define critical markets and acquire new customers within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key contacts, including engineers and procurement teams.
• Prepare and present internal Quarterly Business Reviews (iQBR) and lead customer QBRs to uncover additional sales opportunities.
• Promote Arrow’s supply‑chain, lifecycle and value‑add programs to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to align pricing programs and product offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with at least 5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Proven ability to develop strategic plans and execute solution‑selling in the electronics industry.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
