Field Marketing Manager, Growth

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven event marketing professional to join Taboola’s Growth team in Tel Aviv. As a Field Marketing Manager, Growth you will design and execute high‑impact events that generate new business opportunities for our SMB clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales leadership to develop quarterly regional event strategies for the Growth (SMB) division.
• Own the full lifecycle of sponsored and hosted events, from contract negotiation to on‑site execution and post‑event analysis.
• Translate event activities into meaningful data and reports using platforms such as Salesforce and QlikSense.
• Work closely with Sales, Account Management and Marketing to align on business goals and deliver timely marketing objectives.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Taboola’s product suite, especially the Realize performance marketing platform, to drive solution adoption.

Required profile

• Native or fluent English speaker; Hebrew is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B tech event marketing, with a proven track record of planning and executing impactful events.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative self‑starter with a solution‑oriented approach.
