Field Insights Specialist

About the role

The Field Insights Specialist will support the launch and market adoption of INLEXZO, an innovative drug‑delivery system for non‑muscle invasive bladder cancer. Based in Kibbutz Shefayim, the role bridges scientific knowledge with field‑level marketing to generate insights that shape product strategy and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the field marketing plan for INLEXZO, ensuring optimal coverage and share of voice.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with urologists, nurses, hospital staff and other key healthcare stakeholders.
• Identify field needs, uncover collaboration opportunities, and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
• Lead projects such as patient journey mapping, digital aid development, market research, and treatment‑management support.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and medical teams to align field activities with overall launch strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in oncology field marketing or product launch, preferably within bladder, prostate, lung, head‑neck or GI cancers.
• Strong scientific background combined with creativity and the ability to translate complex data into clear field insights.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
