About the role

We are seeking an Expert Clinical Psychologist to perform diagnostic psychological assessments for candidates applying to various positions within our organization. The role involves delivering approximately five assessments each month, conducted at the psychologist’s private clinic.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic psychological assessments for job candidates.
  • Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychological tests.
  • Prepare detailed assessment reports outlining findings and recommendations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to provide insight into candidate suitability.

Required profile

  • Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology.
  • Active registration in the Israeli Psychologists’ Register.
  • Board certification as an Expert Clinical Psychologist.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within security or defense organizations is an advantage.
