Experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading global asset and property management organization as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, handling end‑to‑end recruitment for various business units.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job profiling to contract signing.
• Lead salary negotiations and finalize employment terms.
• Partner with Unit and Operations Managers to define hiring needs and role structures.
• Promote openings across job boards, social media, the company website, and employee referral programs.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone and in‑depth interviews, and produce professional evaluations.
• Coordinate interview schedules and professional assessments.
• Collaborate with external placement agencies and vendors, managing those relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, either in‑house or agency.
• Passion for recruitment and desire for long‑term career growth.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑interface environment.
• Resilience to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Very high level of English for global team meetings and reporting.
