Experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end‑to‑end recruitment processes and build strong talent pipelines for a variety of positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment from sourcing and screening to interviews and offers.
• Source and attract candidates via social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
• Conduct professional face‑to‑face and virtual interviews and assess candidates against role requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and recruitment needs.
• Maintain a proactive talent pipeline through networking and continuous sourcing.
• Coordinate recruitment steps while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Keep accurate recruitment data and follow up with candidates throughout the process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn and other social media recruiting tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Proactive, independent and people‑oriented mindset.
• High level of written and spoken English.
