About the role
Dream is building a sovereign AI‑driven national cyber‑defense platform. We are looking for a hands‑on Engineering Manager to lead the team that designs and maintains the Sensor – the endpoint agent that powers our collection capabilities across Windows and Linux systems.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a group of engineers responsible for the endpoint product on Windows and Linux.
- Design, implement, and ship production‑grade C++ code for a high‑performance, resilient agent.
- Define the technical roadmap, ensuring scalability, developer productivity, and rapid iteration.
- Collaborate with backend, frontend, research, and other teams to deliver state‑of‑the‑art security solutions.
- Conduct code reviews focused on design quality and enforce best‑practice guidelines.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in endpoint development within the cybersecurity domain.
- 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in C++ (C++11 or later).
- Deep understanding of Windows and Linux operating system concepts.
- Excellent debugging skills.
- Experience with code reviews and enforcing high‑quality code standards.
