Employee Services Representative – Front Desk & Support

About the role

We are looking for a self‑driven, proactive, and service‑oriented Employee Services Representative to join our Employee Services team on a full‑time basis. In this role you will combine hands‑on employee support with the opportunity to improve workplace processes and enhance the overall employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑desk services in rotating shifts for Check Point employees, handling meals, kitchenettes, cellular services, deliveries, office supplies, expenses, business cards, and other employee requests.
• Deliver a welcoming, professional, and solution‑oriented experience to employees, visitors, and callers.
• Act as a trusted point of contact, understanding employee needs and providing timely support.
• Collaborate with team members and cross‑functional partners to continuously improve employee services and workplace processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline services, propose improvements, and lead initiatives from idea to implementation.
• Gather employee feedback and contribute ideas for future employee‑experience projects.
