Electronics Hardware Design Engineer

About the role

The Engineering & Systems Division of the Missiles & Space Group is looking for an Electronics Hardware Design Engineer to lead the creation of advanced electronic boards for defense and space systems. You will be involved across the full product lifecycle, from requirements definition to production support and troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop electronic boards from concept through full implementation.
• Prepare technical specifications and detailed design documentation.
• Design circuits and collaborate closely with PCB layout engineers.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Thermal, Reliability, FPGA, and Test Engineering teams.
• Define, execute, and support integration and verification activities.
• Transfer designs to manufacturing and provide ongoing production support.
• Investigate and resolve hardware‑related issues and failures.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in digital and analog board design.
• Strong familiarity with processors, programmable devices, memory components, and hardware interfaces.
• Experience with hardware‑software system integration.
