Electronics Hardware Design Engineer

About the role

The Engineering & Systems Division of the Missiles & Space Group is looking for an Electronics Hardware Design Engineer to develop advanced electronic systems for next‑generation defense and space technologies. You will be involved in the full hardware lifecycle, from requirements definition through design, integration, manufacturing support, and troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop electronic boards from concept to full product implementation.
• Prepare technical specifications and engineering documentation.
• Perform preliminary and detailed hardware design, including circuit design.
• Collaborate with PCB layout engineers and multidisciplinary teams (Mechanical, Thermal, Reliability, FPGA, Test).
• Define, execute, and support system integration and verification activities.
• Transfer designs to manufacturing and provide ongoing production support.
• Investigate and resolve hardware‑related issues and failures.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience designing and developing digital and analog electronic boards.
• Proven ability to work on complex multidisciplinary projects.
