Electrician – Maintenance & Guest Services

About the role

We are seeking a versatile Electrician to join our facilities team in Tel Aviv. You will respond to guest repair requests, perform preventive maintenance on a wide range of equipment, and ensure the smooth operation of both guest rooms and back‑of‑house areas.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to guest repair requests and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen equipment, and mechanical‑room systems, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pneumatic/electronic systems.
• Perform minor carpentry, drywall, painting, and surface‑preparation tasks.
• Maintain inventory, requisition parts, and document daily activities for shift hand‑over.
• Use Lockout/Tagout procedures before any maintenance work.
• Support landscaping and sprinkler system repairs.
• Program televisions, replace light bulbs, filters, and handle basic housekeeping inventory duties.

Required profile

• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Commitment to safety policies, reporting hazards, and completing required certifications.
• Professional appearance and respect for confidentiality.
• Physical capability to lift and move objects up to 50 lb and perform occasional heavier tasks with assistance.
