E‑com Product Manager – Maternity Leave Replacement

About the role

SodaStream is looking for a talented Product Manager to cover a maternity‑leave period until March 2027. Reporting to the E‑Commerce Manager, you will join a cross‑functional team responsible for the company’s direct‑to‑consumer online business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the product roadmap from research and mock‑ups to final UX‑focused designs, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Define detailed requirements for development, coordinate tasks, and own final QA and launch activities.
• Work data‑driven: incorporate analytics into research, monitor KPI impact, produce regular and ad‑hoc performance reports.
• Run A/B tests and other analytical experiments to continuously optimise the site.
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, gather feedback, and translate it into product improvements.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry best practices and propose innovative ideas.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of product‑management experience in a cross‑functional environment.
• Strong project‑management abilities, independent work style and capacity to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Deep understanding of end‑to‑end e‑commerce processes, including demand generation, UX/UI, checkout funnel, fulfillment and customer service.
• Experience with global B2C e‑commerce is a plus.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
