Director, Product Management – IDIRA Platform

About the role

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the team building the core intelligence and threat engine for the IDIRA Identity Security Platform. This senior role will shape discovery, risk, and threat detection capabilities that power all IDIRA solution pillars, including PAM, IAM, Endpoint Privilege Management, Non‑Human Identities, and Agent Infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high‑performing group of Product Managers delivering shared platform capabilities across all IDIRA product lines.
• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle: gather feedback from CISOs and security practitioners, define requirements, prioritize trade‑offs, and partner with Engineering to ship a unified roadmap.
• Define the platform vision and strategic horizons, expanding discovery, risk, and threat intelligence with innovative, disruptive approaches.
• Ensure the platform serves as the “brain” that discovers unmanaged assets, computes real‑time risk, and prevents privilege threats across the enterprise.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product management teams in complex, security‑focused platforms.
• Strong track record of delivering enterprise‑grade solutions that integrate with multiple identity and privilege management products.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, translate security needs into product requirements, and drive execution across cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of identity security concepts (PAM, IAM, EPM, NHI).
• Experience with cloud and multi‑cloud environments.
• Strategic product visioning and roadmap development.

What we offer

• Opportunity to shape a market‑leading identity security platform.
• Collaborative, in‑office work environment with flexibility as needed.
• Access to cutting‑edge AI and security technologies.
