Director of DOCA DevOps and Integration

About the role

NVIDIA’s DOCA organization is expanding rapidly and needs strong operational leadership to keep its development toolchain efficient. As Director of DOCA DevOps and Integration you will lead the teams that build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, lab infrastructure, build systems, and the overall BlueField user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow the DOCA DevOps team responsible for CI/CD, build automation, release automation and developer tooling.
• Own the DOCA Integration team, managing multi‑component integration workflows, validation gates and release readiness.
• Define and execute the AI tools strategy for DOCA R&D, evaluating and operationalizing AI‑assisted coding, testing and documentation tools.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end BlueField user experience, from out‑of‑box installation and provisioning to firmware/software lifecycle and deployment workflows.
• Set benchmarks for DevOps maturity, integration stability, AI tool adoption and UX quality, and track them across release cycles.
• Mentor team leads and senior engineers, building career paths and scaling the function as the portfolio grows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep exposure to DevOps, integration or infrastructure software.
• 6+ years of experience managing R&D engineering teams, including direct reports.
• Proven track record improving complex integration pipelines, release readiness processes and developer productivity.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional leadership skills.
