Director of Data Services

About the role

We are seeking a visionary Director of Data Services to lead our AI applications and data platform strategy. In this senior position you will bridge cutting‑edge technology with business value, guiding a team of data engineers, AI specialists and architects to deliver production‑ready solutions for global enterprise and mid‑market clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for AI and data offerings, aligning with market trends and client needs.
• Lead, mentor and scale a world‑class team of data engineers, data scientists and AI specialists.
• Act as trusted advisor to C‑level executives, shaping AI and data strategies and overseeing high‑impact project delivery.
• Collaborate with partners such as AWS and Salesforce to leverage tools like Bedrock, SageMaker, Data Cloud and Einstein AI.
• Drive productization by creating reusable frameworks, blueprints and accelerators for AI and data platforms.
• Partner with sales, marketing and product teams to support pre‑sales activities and define go‑to‑market strategies.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data science or AI software development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in global professional services, consulting or system integration environments.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or related field.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
