Director of Business Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Business Operations to act as the CEO’s strategic partner and oversee day‑to‑day activities across all functions of our fast‑growing fashion showroom. The role combines strong business acumen with operational excellence and a passion for fashion, retail and premium customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across retail, wholesale and e‑commerce functions.
• Partner closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives and business execution.
• Manage and develop managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Drive operational excellence, scalability and continuous process improvement.
• Build performance‑driven processes, KPIs and operational standards.
• Ensure exceptional execution of customer experience, commercial operations and internal workflows.
• Lead cross‑functional projects that support the company’s growth.

Required profile

• 7+ years of leadership experience in operations, retail, business management or general management.
• Mandatory experience in fashion, lifestyle, e‑commerce or retail organisations.
• Proven ability to lead managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent analytical and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
• Outstanding communication and leadership capabilities.
