Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Growth Manager

About the role

This commercially focused position is responsible for turning online visibility into measurable revenue growth. Based in Israel, the manager will own end‑to‑end digital marketing and e‑commerce strategies that drive qualified B2B leads, online sales and customer retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an inbound marketing strategy to generate qualified B2B enquiries, quote requests, bulk orders and reseller opportunities.
• Build targeted lead‑generation campaigns and funnels for multiple industries, customer segments and product categories.
• Partner with sales and management to track leads, improve lead quality, implement lead scoring and automated nurturing workflows.
• Own organic search strategy (SEO, Answer Engine Optimisation, Generative Engine Optimisation) including keyword research, technical optimisation, structured data and content architecture.
• Optimise product, category and location pages for traditional and AI‑generated search results.
• Create and optimise high‑converting landing pages for retail, wholesale, corporate and government audiences.
• Manage the e‑commerce platform – product information, pricing, stock, promotions and customer journeys.
• Design strategies to increase average order value, purchase frequency and repeat revenue through bundles, cross‑selling, upselling and abandoned‑cart recovery.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Performance Max, Meta, LinkedIn and other relevant channels while managing budgets.

• Analytical, results‑driven professional with a strong focus on revenue, conversions and sustainable growth.
• Proven experience in B2B digital marketing and e‑commerce optimisation.
• Ability to work across diverse product catalogues and customer segments.
