DevOps Engineer – On‑Prem Infrastructure for HFT

About the role

We are hiring a DevOps Engineer to join a leading international High Frequency Trading (HFT) company. The role focuses on automation, reliability, and the management of mission‑critical, on‑premise infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation solutions for large‑scale, mission‑critical infrastructure.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Ansible (experience with AWX/Ansible Tower is a plus).
• Proficiency in Linux system administration.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI).
• Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus/Grafana, ELK, LibreNMS.
• Ability to script in Python and/or Bash.
• Nice to have experience in high‑frequency trading, financial services, or other high‑availability environments.
• Familiarity with on‑prem infrastructure, VMware/ESXi, bare‑metal servers.
• Understanding of security and compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2).
