DevOps Engineer

About the role

Paragon is on a mission to transform cyber intelligence. As a DevOps Engineer you will design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud‑native infrastructure for our high‑availability, secure environments.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain evolving full CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain and improve Dev, Staging and Production environments to be scalable, highly available, resilient and secure.
• Codify infrastructure using Ansible, Terraform, Helm and Packer.
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions for applications in Kubernetes environments.
• Implement and codify registries and package managers such as Artifactory and Harbour.
• Participate in deep‑dive troubleshooting and post‑mortem analysis to identify root causes of complex issues.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience with Linux (Debian/Ubuntu preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, including HA cluster provisioning and management.
• Experience with CI tools (Jenkins, GitLab‑CI) and CD tools (ArgoCD).
• Proficiency with infrastructure‑as‑code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Packer) and Helm templating.
• Solid scripting skills (Bash, Python, Java, Go or similar).
• Understanding of networking concepts and CI/CD concepts.
