DevOps Engineer

About the role

Agora, a leading SaaS and FinTech platform for real‑estate investment, is seeking a DevOps Engineer to own the end‑to‑end delivery pipeline, infrastructure, and security of its product suite. You will partner closely with engineering teams to enable fast, stable, and secure releases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimise CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Monitor product alerts and metrics, ensuring high visibility and reliability.
• Integrate security best‑practices into every stage of the DevOps workflow.
• Manage AWS infrastructure, including EKS, Lambda, Cognito, MQ, IAM roles, and related services.
• Deploy and maintain Kubernetes applications using Helm charts and GitOps with ArgoCD.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to provide guidance, improve processes, and support production releases.
• Maintain production environments, handling releases and ongoing operations.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience with Amazon EKS (AWS Managed Kubernetes).
• 3+ years of hands‑on Docker experience.
• 4+ years deploying Kubernetes applications with Helm charts.
• 4+ years using CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services (Cognito, Lambda, MQ, IAM).
• Proficiency with IaC tools, especially Terraform.
• Advanced scripting abilities in Bash, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with ArgoCD and GitOps deployment methodology.
• Independent, fast learner, and proactive team player.
