Data Lead - Full-Stack Data Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Data Lead to own Venn’s data domain end‑to‑end. The role combines strong engineering capabilities with product thinking to build the data foundation that will power our next stage of growth, including infrastructure, analytics, executive reporting and future AI‑driven use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines across product, finance, GTM, customer and operational sources.
• Develop reliable data models that serve as a single source of truth for key company metrics.
• Create and maintain business and executive dashboards that surface product usage, engagement, adoption, retention and feature performance.
• Translate business questions into clear data analyses and actionable recommendations for product, R&D, sales, marketing, customer success and finance teams.
• Define data standards, documentation, quality checks, metric definitions and best practices.
• Leverage modern AI tools to accelerate data development, analysis, automation and insight generation.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, BI or product analytics.
• Strong hands‑on development background, currently coding or previously working as a software engineer.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with R&D and other product teams.
