Data Center IT Technician (L2) – Modiin

About the role

We are seeking an L2 IT Technician to join our data‑center team in Modiin, Israel. The role focuses on supporting and maintaining large‑scale GPU clusters that power Nebius’ AI cloud platform. You will work in a shift‑based environment, handling both day and night incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues on high‑performance servers and GPU clusters.
• Provide L1/L2 support through the ticketing system, escalating complex cases to L3 technicians.
• Document workarounds, solutions, and update process documentation.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure engineers to improve SLA performance.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and support tasks.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with datacenter environments and server equipment.
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Valid B‑type driving licence (optional).

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of IT hardware troubleshooting, especially GPU‑based servers.
• Proficiency with Unix/Linux operating systems and command‑line tools.
• Experience in equipment monitoring, data analysis and presenting findings.
• Basic knowledge of network equipment and troubleshooting (bonus).
