About the role
Modellanda is expanding its Research Team and seeks a Data Analyst who is passionate about turning raw sports data into strategic insights. This brand‑new position will have a direct impact on the evolution of our data models and analytical capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Work hands‑on with complex sports datasets to design, test, and iterate advanced logic flows.
- Identify key behaviours and events, continuously improve data quality, and generate high‑value conclusions.
- Collaborate with researchers to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations.
- Document data pipelines and ensure reproducibility of analyses.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst.
- Strong statistical background and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
- Genuine passion for sports such as soccer, basketball, or related domains.
Required skills
- SQL Server
- Python or R (hands‑on programming experience)
