About the role
Rapyd is seeking a Data Analyst to join its data analytics team and drive data‑driven decisions across the company. You will work on everything from recurring reporting to open‑ended analyses, partnering with product, operations, finance, marketing and senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex data analyses that inform strategic business decisions.
- Translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical frameworks.
- Build and maintain scalable dashboards, reports and data models.
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities from large, complex datasets.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Define and uphold analytical standards across the team.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience as an analyst in a high‑tech environment.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English.

- SQL
- Python
- BI and data visualization tools (Looker is a plus)
