Data Analyst

About the role

Qodo is looking for a Data Analyst to join its growing data team. You will help make analytics a core part of product development for an AI‑powered developer tooling platform used by thousands of engineers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product analytics day‑to‑day, tracking how developers use AI features, retention, and conversion funnels.
• Transform raw product and usage data into clear, consistent metrics the team can trust.
• Build and maintain a modeled data layer to ensure repeatable analysis.
• Create and sustain self‑serve dashboards for cross‑functional teams.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses to surface opportunities and support product decisions and experiments.
• Extend analysis to business and operational KPIs such as conversion, churn, segmentation, customer value, and unit economics.
• Take analyses from problem definition through to actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Data, Product, Business, or BI Analyst, preferably in a developer‑focused or technical B2B product.
• AI‑native mindset: comfortable using AI tools, building prompts, scripts, and small agents to automate analysis workflows.
• Strong SQL and data‑modeling skills, able to navigate a data warehouse independently and produce reliable datasets.
• Experience with a product analytics tool (e.g., Mixpanel) or a BI tool and a track record of building self‑serve dashboards.
• Excellent communication and storytelling ability to translate analysis into clear recommendations for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Solid business sense, able to move between product metrics and broader operational KPIs.
• Self‑directed, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to work closely with a small, fast‑moving team.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Startup DNA: adaptable to rapid iteration, shifting priorities, and wearing multiple hats.
