Cybersecurity Risk Consultant

About the role

Join a leading cybersecurity team that supports technology risk surveys for a major financial institution in Israel. You will evaluate applications, APIs, infrastructure and security controls, pinpoint risks and provide actionable recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and surveys.
• Review architecture, security controls, configurations and technical documentation.
• Identify vulnerabilities, risks and control gaps.
• Assess the business and security impact of findings.
• Prepare detailed risk assessment reports and executive summaries.
• Collaborate directly with technology and business stakeholders.
• Support remediation validation and follow‑up activities.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT risk, GRC, security assessments or IT audit.
• Strong understanding of application, infrastructure, cloud and network security.
• Excellent analytical, written and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical findings into business‑oriented risk language.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
• Experience in the financial sector is a plus.
