Customer Support Technician (Kiryat Gat)

About the role

We are looking for a talented Customer Support Technician to join our account team in Kiryat Gat, providing outstanding technical support and a unique customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Field Service Engineers to install, maintain, and upgrade customer equipment.
• Use digital analytics for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Apply basic diagnostic techniques to assess equipment under guidance.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems.
• Coordinate and communicate directly with customers regarding technical issues.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Practical Engineer or Technician in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical.
• Willingness to learn and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving basic technical challenges.
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to travel up to 30% and hold a valid passport.
