About the role

This full‑time, on‑site role is based in Beer Yaakov and focuses on delivering proactive, professional support to our insurance‑industry clients.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers’ inquiries.
• Manage tickets, ensuring each issue is resolved and documented.
• Use CRM and customer‑service tools (e.g., Intercom, ClickUp, Slack) for reporting, data analysis, and decision support.
• Establish support culture and quality standards that scale with the company.
• Support onboarding of new customers and assist with smooth product implementation.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Support Representative in SaaS B2B companies (insurance experience is a plus).
• Hands‑on experience with CRM and customer‑service tools and task‑management systems.
• Out‑of‑the‑box thinking and a problem‑solving approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
