Customer Support & Operations Specialist

About the role

STB Union is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Customer Support & Back Office Representative to join its Operations team. The role blends customer communication, operational support, compliance procedures, and financial operations, allowing you to work closely with multiple departments while helping customers and business partners navigate our fintech products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional support to customers and partners via phone, email, and live chat.
• Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures.
• Process Visa card applications and related customer requests.
• Support daily operational and back‑office activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and internal records.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Finance, and Customer Support teams.
• Assist in resolving operational issues while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication in Hebrew and English; Russian is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Back Office, Operations, or Financial Services.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.

Required skills

• Experience with Confluence.
• Experience with Jira or similar business systems.
