About the role

Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service across online channels (WhatsApp, email, and phone).
- Collaborate with global airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers.
- Handle real-time troubleshooting using advanced tech tools.
Required profile
- Top‑notch communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong tech‑orientation and quick learning agility.
- Full‑time availability (including alternating weekends).
- Experience in customer service or the travel industry – a huge plus!
