Customer Service Representative

About the role

Ultra Clean Technology (UCT) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its Israel team. The role supports customers by creating and maintaining accounts, providing accurate order information, and handling product‑related inquiries while collaborating closely with the sales department.

Key responsibilities

• Create new customer accounts and maintain contact information.
• Provide timely, accurate updates on order status and product details.
• Process orders, changes, billing, and returns using Ham‑Let ERP/CRM systems.
• Enter leads, contacts, cases, and customer activity into the ERP (SAP) or CRM platform.
• Partner with the sales team to exceed service expectations.
• Record feedback and lessons learned for internal departments to resolve issues quickly.

Required profile

• Solution‑focused mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to set and manage expectations while learning continuously.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships.
• Comfortable working both independently and within a team.
• High level of written and spoken Hebrew and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with ERP systems (Ham‑Let) and CRM platforms (SAP).
• Strong computer literacy and ability to manage inventory/order processing software.
