Customer Service Representative

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its team in Kibbutz Shefayim, Israel. You will act as the primary point of contact for external customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and high‑quality service across a range of operational tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts, handling inquiries, orders, quotations, consignments, billing, credits, returns and related requests.
• Prepare reports, export data, maintain supplier portal activity and support invoice cancellation and SOX‑related reporting.
• Resolve service and operational issues, monitor errors, perform recovery actions and escalate complex matters when necessary.
• Follow established procedures, prioritize tasks effectively and contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar support function.
• Relevant higher education qualification.
• Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
