Customer Service Representative

About the role

Taliaz, a fast‑growing digital mental‑health company, is seeking a service‑oriented Customer Service Representative to join its Petach‑Tikva office. You will provide compassionate telephone and email support to patients, acting as a key link between them and the clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized telephone support to patients and handle incoming calls, inquiries, and service requests.
• Coordinate and communicate with physicians and clinical teams to ensure seamless care.
• Manage patient emails, administrative inquiries, and ongoing tasks.
• Use CRM and internal operational systems to track and resolve requests.
• Handle multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining a professional, efficient, and positive patient experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, sales, or administration (advantageous).
• Strong computer literacy and quick learning ability for new systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent Hebrew.
