About the role
Global-e is looking for a Customer Service Agent to provide fast, accurate front‑line support to both merchants and end‑customers. You will be responsible for meeting key performance indicators, maintaining service level agreements, and escalating issues to the Team Leader when necessary.
Key responsibilities
- Complete daily tasks and KPIs to a high standard.
- Maintain set SLAs and ensure timely issue escalation.
- Collaborate with the Team Leader to identify urgent problems.
- Develop and propose improvements to existing procedures.
- Contribute to overall service quality enhancements for the team.
Required profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Open‑minded, "can‑do" attitude with the ability to handle a high‑volume workload efficiently.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
- Willingness to work closely with the Team Leader on process improvements.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
