About the role

Flashy is a fast‑growing SaaS platform that helps eCommerce and retail brands automate marketing, improve customer relationships and boost retention. We are looking for a Customer Retention Sales Specialist to join our remote team and keep existing customers engaged and satisfied.

Key responsibilities

Manage existing customers, identify their needs and handle objections or cancellation requests to reduce churn.
Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and propose additional solutions that match customer requirements.
Maintain a pipeline of follow‑ups, track retention metrics and meet customer satisfaction targets.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in customer retention or similar sales roles.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Good understanding of the digital landscape.
High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.
