Customer Fulfilment Manager

About the role

As Customer Fulfilment Manager within the Manufacturing & Supply team, you will ensure life‑changing treatments reach patients seamlessly by driving end‑to‑end fulfilment operations across Israel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily customer fulfilment operations, coordinating Sales & Operations Execution activities and communicating proactively with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages up to four weeks ahead, applying short‑term stock management across the supply chain.
• Make critical fulfilment decisions during shortages, including product allocation, backorder prioritisation, and mitigation actions such as order adjustments or substitutions.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities with logistics partners (4PL) to ensure timely, accurate delivery to customers.
• Track and report end‑to‑end fulfilment performance through KPIs and analytics, identifying inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement.
• Support month‑end closing activities and prepare consolidation data for stock‑in‑trade and sell‑in/sell‑out reporting.
• Gather and manage out‑of‑stock issues, enabling transparent customer communication via the Supply Chain Customer Engagement team.

Required profile

• Solid background in customer fulfilment, supply chain operations, or order management, preferably within biopharma or healthcare.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
