About the role
The Craftsman works on construction sites performing a variety of skilled tasks across multiple trades. Reporting to foremen or superintendents, the role may also involve supervising small teams of junior craftsmen or laborers.
Key responsibilities
- Execute supporting and facilitating work tasks across several construction trades.
- Operate advanced mobile equipment, pneumatic and hand tools, and specialty tools safely and efficiently.
- Lead small crews of Craftsmen 2 and laborers when required.
- Maintain accurate tool‑room inventory records and ensure proper tool management.
Required profile
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in construction or a related industrial environment.
- Proven ability to work under the direction of foremen or superintendents.
- Capability to guide and support junior team members.
