CPA / Audit Intern – Private Company Audits

About the role

GRD Finance is seeking a Certified Public Accountant or an Audit Intern to join its Audit Department. You will work on audits for private companies across diverse sectors, including high‑tech and growth‑oriented businesses, providing professional and thorough financial review.

Key responsibilities

• Perform audits of financial statements for private companies in various industries.
• Review balance sheets, profit and loss statements, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare audit working papers and conduct accounting analyses.
• Handle accounting and tax‑related matters in line with applicable standards.
• Support financial and audit processes according to relevant accounting and auditing standards.
• Collaborate with department managers and firm partners as part of a professional team.

Required profile

• Certified CPA or accounting intern.
• Previous experience auditing private companies (required).
• Strong understanding of financial statements, audit working papers, and audit processes.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of tasks.

Required skills

• Good command of Excel.
