Corporate Travel Advisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Advisor to join our corporate travel team, reporting to the Head of Corporate Travel. You will manage travel for a variety of corporate accounts, from C‑level executives to company‑wide business travelers, delivering fast, accurate and personal service on every booking.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end business travel bookings (flights, hotels, car rentals, transfers) through GDS and other platforms.
• Secure preferred fares, seating, upgrades and frequent‑flyer benefits.
• Handle visas, passports and travel insurance as needed.
• Respond quickly to changes, cancellations and disruptions, providing real‑time solutions.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for senior executives and their assistants with discretion and urgency.
• Support corporate account managers and travel bookers with efficient, accurate service.
• Ensure compliance with each client’s travel policy and requirements.
• Collaborate with airlines, hotels and suppliers worldwide.

Required profile

• Hands‑on GDS experience (Amadeus preferred) – required.
• Experience with additional booking platforms and supplier systems.
• Background in corporate or business travel.
• Strong knowledge of airfares, ticketing and reissues.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication in Hebrew and English.
• Confidence and discretion when working with senior executives.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple urgent requests.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented, service‑first attitude.

Required skills

• Amadeus GDS (or similar GDS platforms).
• Online booking tools / travel management systems.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
