About the role

DriveNets is seeking a Controller to lead the month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing processes, ensure compliance with US GAAP, and oversee the company’s finance operations in a fast‑growing hi‑tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing, guaranteeing adherence to US GAAP.
• Implement and monitor internal controls, policies and workflows across the organization.
• Supervise the Bookkeeper, verify accuracy and reconcile accounts for period‑end closing.
• Oversee accounting for foreign subsidiaries, including local requirements, salaries and financial reporting.
• Handle day‑to‑day finance activities such as accounts payable, cash flow, banking transactions, payments, billing and VAT returns.
• Coordinate payroll processing with an external payroll bureau.
• Collaborate with external auditors and prepare annual financial statements and tax reports.
• Lead ad‑hoc accounting and finance projects as needed.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar finance role within the hi‑tech industry.
• Completed internship at one of the Big 4 accounting firms.
• Solid knowledge and hands‑on experience with US GAAP.
• Native‑level proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical abilities, high attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
