Content & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

This position is designed for a hands‑on B2B marketing professional who can translate strategy into execution. You will shape and elevate content across multiple channels while collaborating with writers, agencies, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define, brief and create core marketing content for paid, digital, organic and in‑house channels, working closely with a content writer and external agencies.
• Produce marketing copy from existing materials, ensure technical accuracy, and plan technical white papers, articles and success stories.
• Own the monthly database newsletter and ghostwrite CEO content for LinkedIn, Facebook and the company blog.
• Manage relationships with industry magazines, handling media planning, content delivery and publication follow‑up.
• Build automated email sequences in the CRM/marketing tool and coordinate SEO‑ and GEO‑driven content planning.
• Monitor performance metrics, translate insights into ongoing execution, and track lead flow from paid activities to sales teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in a global B2B environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Self‑taught, fast learner with strong project‑management and organizational abilities.
• Creative thinker capable of developing innovative marketing strategies and meeting tight deadlines.

Required skills

• WordPress for website updates and webmaster tasks.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) expertise.
• Experience with Marketo marketing automation.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven marketing tools.
