Commercial & Operations Assistant

About the role

ABS, a leading importer of broadcast and AV equipment, is seeking a Commercial & Operations Assistant to work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer. This cross‑functional position supports day‑to‑day commercial activities, procurement, and pricing while offering direct exposure to supplier management and e‑commerce operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and update price lists and pricing structures.
• Conduct market and competitor price analyses.
• Issue and track purchase orders with domestic and international suppliers.
• Maintain ongoing communications with suppliers.
• Assist with commercial and operational tasks, including e‑commerce site operations.
• Ensure organizational efficiency, quality control, and daily task management.

Required profile

• Highly organized, sharp, and detail‑oriented.
• Proven ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
• Strong numerical agility and proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with SAP is a distinct advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and stakeholder management.
• Proactive mindset, high personal accountability, and ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in a similar procurement, operations, or commerce role is advantageous.
