Clinical Support Specialist – daVinci Robotic System

About the role

Dover Medical & Scientific is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to champion the implementation and training of the daVinci surgical robot across hospitals in Israel. You will work directly with surgical teams and senior medical professionals, ensuring seamless adoption of this cutting‑edge technology.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver in‑person training to surgical teams on the daVinci robotic system.
• Lead the implementation process of the robot in multiple hospital settings.
• Collaborate with leading surgeons and senior medical staff to optimize workflow.
• Support the sales team by providing product training and onboarding for new customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering in‑person training for technological systems or products.
• Hands‑on experience with advanced medical or healthcare technology (strong advantage).
• Strong persuasion and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and service‑oriented mindset.
• Self‑motivated with a strong capacity for rapid learning.
• Fluent English; all global certifications are conducted in English.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for field‑based work.
