Clinical Specialist

About the role

Magenta Medical is seeking a Clinical Specialist to join its Clinical Affairs team and support the Elevate™ System, a minimally invasive heart pump. The role involves direct interaction with physicians and clinical sites to ensure successful trial execution and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the Sr. Director of Clinical Affairs.
• Coordinate case support for physicians during clinical trial procedures, adhering to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), regulatory guidelines, and study protocols.
• Train site personnel and investigators on proper use of the Elevate System through education sessions and hands‑on case support.
• Monitor trial progress, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage device inventory and logistics.
• Liaise with clinical sites and the Clinical Trial Management team to streamline trial processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Hands‑on experience as a Cath Lab Nurse or Cath Lab Technologist.
• Familiarity with clinical trial phases and interventional cardiology is a plus.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and collaborative abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 80 % within Israel and 40 % abroad.

Required skills

• Cath Lab procedures and equipment handling.
• Hemodynamic monitoring and support.
• Mechanical Circulatory Support (MCS) experience.
• Clinical trial coordination and logistics.
• Compliance with GCP and regulatory standards.
