About the role

MediStat is a Contract Research Organization specializing in clinical data management, biostatistics and clinical trial management. We are seeking a Clinical Research Assistant to join our team in Ramat HaHayal, Tel Aviv.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the day‑to‑day management of clinical studies.
  • Review data to identify missing or inconsistent entries, raise and track queries.
  • Perform medical coding using MedDRA and WHODrug.
  • Track timelines, coordinate with sponsors and sites, and report on study progress.
  • Work in electronic data capture (EDC) systems and support study setup.

Required profile

  • Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory).
  • Degree in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy or a related field.
  • High attention to detail and a structured, thorough way of working.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
  • Advantage: experience in clinical research, data management or medical coding.
