About the role

Alma, a global leader in medical‑aesthetic technologies, is seeking a dynamic Clinical Education Specialist to join its team in Shoham. The role combines theoretical instruction with hands‑on training on cutting‑edge medical devices, supporting clients and advancing the company’s clinical research initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver theoretical and practical training on medical device technologies, operation methods, and procedural workflows.
• Provide clinical support and professional assistance to Alma’s clients.
• Create and maintain professional documentation, including work protocols, presentations, and device explanations.
• Perform treatments for clinical research purposes.
• Represent Alma at conferences, academies, and industry events.

Required profile

• Registered nurse, laser technician, cosmetician, or a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field.
• Proven experience delivering training content to an audience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Valid driver’s license for off‑site training sessions.
• Native Hebrew speaker with a good level of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Full‑time availability (5 days a week) on‑site in Shoham.
