Client Manager – Talent Solutions (RPO)

About the role

Talent Solutions is looking for a senior‑level Client Manager to own end‑to‑end recruitment operations for key enterprise accounts. Based in Tel Aviv with a hybrid work model, you will act as the primary liaison between clients and our RPO delivery teams, driving service excellence, profitability, and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts, aligning recruitment delivery with client business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic workforce planning and recruitment roadmaps.
• Identify new service opportunities, expand account scope, and lead business development initiatives.
• Lead Activity Managers and recruitment team leads, providing coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning.
• Oversee recruitment operations to meet hiring targets, service levels, and quality standards.
• Monitor productivity, mitigate operational risks, and drive process optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing or similar talent solutions.
• Strong track record of building trusted client relationships and delivering commercial results.
• Ability to manage managers, coach teams, and foster a culture of accountability.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
