About the role

We are seeking a Certified Public Accountant to join our finance team in the Central Israel area. The role blends financial accounting with controlling responsibilities, supporting both local operations and headquarters.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, month‑end closing and reporting processes.
  • Review and analyse financial statements, including profit & loss and balance sheets.
  • Provide financial support to various departments and generate business insights.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits while maintaining financial controls.
  • Monitor inventory, working capital and cash flow.
  • Conduct financial analyses and develop business cases for decision‑making.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • Certified CPA – mandatory.
  • Big 4 experience – mandatory.
  • Up to 2 years of financial experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English.

Required skills

  • SAP experience (significant advantage).
